At what age do you start to use skincare?

Like supplements, how young you can start using skincare, is as young as you can afford it.

The basic product from 6 months and above is a good physical (not chemical) sun block . Around the age of 5, you can add the Be Hydrating Toner and a gentle Facial Cleanser like the Be Creamy Cleanser. These 3 products can help protect your skin, keep it clean and hydrated, and problem free, into your puberty and teens.

From 23, you should add the BE Day Viel and Night Nourishing Moisturiser, choosing a lotion or creme depending if your skin is dehydrated or oily.

From 30, you should consider the BE Day Energy and Night Recovery Serum and Green Tea Oil to keep the wrinkles away.

From 40, you should add a Mineral Mask for lifting and firming, and also to smoothen out wrinkles and lighten pigmentation.

This small effort will ensure you save a bomb (and possibly your life) on laser and cosmetic surgery in your 40s and 50s.

You can't change the past, but you can certainly start on your skincare regime today.
